Jonathan Savard, 21, of no fixed address in Westfield, was released on $2,000 personal surety pending a Feb. 11 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of assault and battery and single charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and vandalizing property brought by Westfield police.
Chazmine M. Lee, 20, of 32 B Everton Ave., Worcester, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 28 hearing after she was arraigned on two charges of assault and battery on a police officer and a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield State University police.
Oleg A. Igumnov, 35, of 16 Sheldon Ave., saw a charge of open and gross lewdness (a subsequent offense) brought by Westfield police not prosecuted due to insufficient evidence.
Keith E. Fila, 31, of 50 Higgins Road, Chester, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 28 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, possession of a Class B drug and reckless endangerment of a child brought by Westfield police.
Anatoliy Lukin, 25, of 137 Main St., was placed on pre-trial probation for nine months after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Sylvie M. Allen, 49, of 11 Pineywood Road, Southwick, saw a charge of failure to attend jury service not prosecuted after she reported for jury duty on Tuesday.
Lawrence W. Bailey Jr., 29, of 16 Severyn St., Wilbraham, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 5 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, improper operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.

Joseph W. Busby, 27, of 11 Bush St., was found not guilty in a jury trial of charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and endangerment of a child while operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor. The jury found him not responsible for a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
