RUSSELL – Vicki Benford’s son lives in Russell is a Veteran of the Marine Corps. His name is Robert DeCoteau III. He bought his house after serving five years and two tours to Iraq. Last month he put up this 25′ flag pole in his back yard that over looks the mountains along Rte 20. He lives on Fairview Ave. He proudly displays the United States Flag and the Marine Corps flag.
