Luis Valdes, 26, of 4 St. Paul St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 8 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a subsequent offense, brought by Westfield police.
Joseph W. Busby, 55, of 11 Bush St., saw a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Leo J. Poprovo, 43, of no fixed address in Westfield, saw a charge of larceny from a person dismissed upon payment that day of $45 in restitution.
Kaitlin L. Palazzi, 22, of 108 Elizabeth Ave., pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and was fined $500. She was found to be not responsible for a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
Catherine E. Cassidy, 48, of 60C Danek Drive, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of assault and battery and battery with a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year.
Brian T. Wysocki, 50, of 191 Baldwin St., West Springfield, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police dismissed when the Commonwealth failed to prosecute after the named victim and a witness did not appear in court.
Nathan P. Solitario, 33, of 27 W. Main St., Russell, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by State Police dismissed at the request of the victim when she asserted her Fifth Amendment rights and refused to testify.
Rebecca A. Pachot, 34, of 10 School St., was held in lieu of $500 cash bail pending a May 6 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police.
Jyum Reed, 31, of 9 Morris St., pleaded guilty to a charge of violation of a protective order brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to a six month term in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for one year. He was assessed $50.
Justin A. Harnden, 27, of 18 McKinley Terrace, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 8 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police.
Josue A. Rios, 24, of 19 Belmont St., was released on $2,500 personal surety pending a June 26 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and intimidating a witness brought by Westfield police.
