Ed D Drummer, 24, of 811 St. James St., Springfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and was fined $625. He was assessed $50.
Jessica N. Smith, 26, of 15 Clark St., was held in lieu of $100 cash bail pending a June 23 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of possession of a Class A drug brought by Westfield police.
Kyle J. Killinger, 25, of 41 Weston St., Wilbraham, pleaded guilty to charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and was fined $625. He was assessed $50 and found to be responsible for a charge of speeding in violation of special regulation.
Vincent Ferrari, 55, of 56 Piney Lane, Southwick, pleaded guilty to a number plate violation to conceal identification and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Southwick police and was fined $100. He was assessed $50, found to be responsible for a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle and was assessed an additional $100.
Aimee L. Flores, 35, of 134 Caseland St., Springfield, was released on $1,500 personal surety pending a July 11 hearing after she was arraigned on two charges of distribution of a Class A drug.
Vladimir Bouben, 51, of 17 Ross Road, Holyoke, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 15 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a state highway signal, sign or marker violation brought by Westfield police.
Jitxia M. Diaz, 25, of 11 Meadow St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $150, ordered to complete a Driver Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and her license was suspended for 45 days. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted and she was found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding.
Samantha L. Hoynoski, 23, of 386 Southampton Road, saw charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, failure to stop or yield and operating a motor vehicle without a license in his possession not prosecuted.
Dean T. Szostek, 21, of 10 Grandview Drive, was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 4 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering a vehicle in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, malicious destruction of property valued more than $250 and possession of a burglarious tool brought by Westfield police.
John James, 38, of no fixed address in Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 23 hearing after he was arraigned as a fugitive from justice.
