Felix L. Gonzalez, 51, of 9 Armory St., Springfield, saw a charge of permitting operation of a motor vehicle by a person with a suspended license brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
David M. Dubour, 52, of 130 Valley View Ave., Woronoco, was placed on pretrial probation for one month after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by State Police.
Alexander Vinarsky, 21, of 35 Rockledge Drive, Avon, Connecticut, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 8 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Shantel M. Santiago, 33, of 50 Southampton Road, saw charges of keeping a noisy and disorderly house and disturbing the peace brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Tony Perez-Silva, 23, of 33 Garden St., Meriden, Connecticut, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating an unregistered motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $200.
Ildico Beke, 46, of 255 Hungary Road, Granby, Connecticut, was released on her personal recognizance pending a July 15 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Southwick police.
Andre A. Derouin, 38, of 33 King St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Nicholas A. Thurman, 30, of 79 Franklin St., saw charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and possession of a Class A drug, a subsequent offense, brought by Agawam police not prosecuted.
Patrick M. Greaney, 25, of 90 Orange St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for two charges of uttering a false check and larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for two years. He was assessed $90. In a second case, Greaney submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for four charges of uttering a false check and larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme and the charges were again continued without a finding with probation for two years. He was assessed $90.
William E. Houser Jr., 40, of 44 North Lake Ave., Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 15 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Southwick police. In a second case also brought by Southwick police, Houser was again released on his personal recognizance pending a July 15 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding ins violation of special regulations.

Ryan J. Flynn, 28, of 21 Herrick Road, Blandford, pleaded guilty to charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Southwick police. He was fined $625 and assessed $50.
Larry S. Hogan, 55, of 95 Prospect St Extension, was released on $200 cash bail pending an Aug. 8 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
