Christian M. Chagnon, 40, of 9 Fowler St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 3 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Michael E. Shaker pleaded guilty to a charge of dumping more than seven cubic feet of trash brought by Westfield police and was fined $50. He was also assessed $50.
