Jeremy B. Johnson 1980 – 2014
SOUTHWICK—Jeremy B. Johnson, 34, lifelong resident of this town, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at Mercy Hospital, Springfield, MA.Born in Holyoke, he was the son of Elmer T. & Donna L. (Roberts) Johnson of Southwick, MA. In his youth, Jeremy enjoyed playing soccer and baseball and was a 1999 graduate of Southwick High School. He was an avid sportsman, enjoying fishing and hunting. He was also involved at the Southwick Recreational Center in many sporting programs. He was a landscaper by trade and a communicant of Our Lady of the Lake Church.
He leaves his parents, Elmer T. and Donna L. Johnson of Southwick, MA, a son, Jesse T. Johnson of Southwick, MA, two brothers, Kevin Johnson of Westfield, MA, and Jeffrey Johnson and his wife Erica of Milwaukee, WI, a sister Amy Johnson of Southwick, MA and his maternal grandmother Elaine Roberts of Southwick, MA.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Liturgy of Christian Burial for Jeremy on Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at 10:00 AM in Our Lady of the Lake Church, Sheep Pasture Rd., Southwick, MA. Burial will follow in New Cemetery. There are no calling hours. Southwick-Forastiere Funeral Home entrusted with arrangements.
