Julie M. Kvarnstrom, 46, of 6 Grant St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 29 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of being present where heroin is kept brought by Westfield police.
John W. Cowles, 35, of 6 Grant St., was held in lieu of $1,000 cash bail pending a Jan. 29 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, larceny of property valued more than $250, possession of a Class A drug and vandalizing property brought by Westfield police. In a second case also brought by Westfield police, Cowles was held in lieu of $500 cash bail pending a Jan. 29 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of possession of a Class A drug with intent to distribute, conspiracy to violate drug laws and distribution of a Class A drug.
Guennadi Moskalemko, 39, of 10 Oak Ave., was held without right to bail pending a Jan. 6 dangerousness hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
