John A. Suslik, 52, of 24 Murray Ave., was released on $100 cash bail pending a Feb. 20 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family or household member and intimidating a witness brought by Westfield police.
John A. Serra, 43, of 13 Wood St, Southwick, was released on $100 cash bail pending a Jan. 30 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Southwick police.
John B. Lutaba, 34, of 74 Donald St., Weymouth, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 30 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
