Michael Gallagher, 34, of 41 Kellogg St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 26 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and assault and battery on a family or household member brought by a Westfield resident.
Charles F. York, 35, of 14 Lindbergh Boulevard, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 27 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of reckless operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Patrisha Colon, 27, of 111 Elizabeth Ave., was released on her personal recognizance pending a Feb. 27 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of improper use of a credit card valued less than $250, larceny of property valued more than $250 from a person 60 years-of-age or older or disabled and identity fraud brought by Westfield police.
Stephen J. Champiney, 29, of 16 Washington St., was arraigned on four separate cases brought by Westfield and in each case was released on $100 cash bail pending March 3 hearings. In each case he was charged with breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and larceny of property valued more than $250.
Edwin Cruz-Castillo, 46, of 59 Meadow St.,saw charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehciel without a valid inspection sticker brought by State Police.not prosecuted.
Zachary Whitehead, 21, of 41 Oleander St., West Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 27 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and operating a motor vehicle without a license in his possession brought by Westfield police.
Jose Ortiz, 20, of 181 Clemente St., Holyoke, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 20 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding brought by Westfield police.
Jose Garcia-Berrios, 35, of 178 Belmont St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 3 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and shoplifting by asportation.
