Charles L. Mazeralle, 46, of 81 South Maple St., pleaded guilty to charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to two concurrent nine month terms in the house of correction with credit for time served. He was assessed $90.
Christopher M. Abraham, 23, of 239 Chesterton St., Gaithersburg, Maryland, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of a property damage accident brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $300, found to be responsible for a marked lanes violation and assessed an additional $100.
Matthew P. Alamed, 23, of 53 Queen St., West Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $300 and found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation.
Christopher C. Wert, 27, of 593 Southwick Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50, found to be responsible for a charge of failure to stop or yield and was assessed an additional $100.
Amanda Filippone, 28, of 80 Riverdale St., West Springfield, was released on $100 cash bail pending a Feb. 9 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Nicholas C. Mondon, 44, of 80 Riverdale St., West Springfield, was held in lieu of $1,000 cash bail pending a Feb. 9 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Rusvim V. Broslav, 20, of 17 Hancock St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of receiving stolen property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $90.
Cory Goles, 21, of 530 General Knox Road, Russell, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with an obstructed or non-transparent window.
