Englewood, FL – Andrew S. Grant – 96, of Englewood Florida passed away peacefully Tuesday, May 15th at home. He was born on May 27, 1921 in Folsom, New Jersey and was a veteran of the 8th Army Air Corp during WWII. After the service he married Audrey Delaney on October 31, 1947, and moved to Westfield, MA where he worked for Kittredge Jewelers as a watchmaker from 1947-1960. Andrew then opened Andrew Grant Jewelers on Elm Street in Westfield on January 15, 1960 and operated the store until he retired in 1985. He is survived by his wife of 70 years, his two sons Allen and Robert, and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. A private service will be held in Florida at a later date.
