Ryan Tortorella, 21, of 1529 East Washington Road, Washington, Mass., pleaded guilty to charges of breaking and entering in the daytime for felony, person in fear, vandalizing property, and attempting to commit a crime. Tortorella was found responsible for trespassing with a motor vehicle. Fees and fines were issued. Tortorella was sentenced to 18 months in the House of Corrections with six months direct with the balance suspended to August 1, 2014. Restitution will be established at a future hearing.
Vitaliy Y. Bardakov, 34, of 15 Corner Street, Westfield, was found responsible for a number plate violation, and admitted to sufficient facts of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license but continued without a finding until November 2, 2012. Fees and fines were assessed.
Andrey A. Shlykov, 44, of 54 Pochassic Street, Westfield, admitted to sufficient facts of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration with the charge dismissed upon payment. Shlykov was also found not responsible for no inspection sticker. Fees and fines were issued.
Tran Nguyen, 31, of 11 William Street, Agawam, had a charge of assault and battery dismissed upon the request of the victim.
Viktor Ruschak, 36, of 134 Union Street, Westfield, was arraigned on charges of having no inspection sticker, leaving the scene of property damage, state-highway traffic violation, and failure to notify the Registry of Motor Vehicles of a name/address change. Ruschak was released on his own personal recognizance, pending a future hearing. Fees and fines were assessed.
Erin M. Pero, 31, of 24 Summer Street, 2nd Floor, Westfield, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting by asportation, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Fees and fines were issued. A pretrial hearing is scheduled for October 31, 2012.
Jonathan Shay, 38, of 5 Columbia Street, Westfield was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. A pretrial hearing is scheduled for October 10, 2012.
Vitaliy M. Minchuk, 66 Montgomery Street, Westfield was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. A pretrial hearing is scheduled for October 10, 2012.
Amber Decoteau, 20, of 103 Main Street, Russell, was arraigned on larceny of a credit card and larceny of more than $250 by single scheme. A pretrial hearing is scheduled fro October 10, 2012.
James A. Lemarier, 25, of 165 Russell Road, Westfield, admitted to sufficient facts of leaving the scene of property damage but continued without a finding until November 2, 2012. Fees and fines were issued. Lemarier was found not responsible for a state-highway traffic violation.
Robert J. Geoffrion, 25, of 45 Hampden Lane, Agawam, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a class A drug. A pretrial hearing is scheduled for October 30, 2012.
Adam S. Lee, 28, of 39 Pheasant Run, Feeding Hills, pleaded guilty to a charge of shoplifting $100 by asportation. Fees and fines were assessed.
