Laura Broman, 24, of 191 South St., Northampton, saw charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration not prosecuted after she presented proof of insurance to the court.
Daniel L. Wheeler, 18, of 60 Chester Road, Middlefield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge was being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding for three months. He was assessed $50.
Jennifer L. Chase, 30, of 18 E. Silver St., saw a charge of refusing to provide a DNA sample brought by State Police not prosecuted.
Jacob J. Williams, 25, of 10 Olin Ave., Chester was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 26 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of a property damage accident and using a motor vehicle without authorization brought by State Police.
Juan J. Marrero, 57, of 19 Saab Court, Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and was found to be not responsible for a brakes violation.
Gina M. Loughery, 32, of 11 Jeffrey Circle, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of possession of a Class A drug brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $50 and ordered to remain drug free and be subject to random testing.
Samuel J. Seaver, 35, of 633 North Lane, Granville, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 26 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Granville police.
