SOUTHWICK; 
Barbara A. Miffert 74, passed away February 6, 2016 . She was born in Springfield, the daughter of the late Robert F. and Marion E. (Small) Miffert.
A life long resident of Southwick, Barbara was a graduate of Westfield High School and attended A.I.C. She was a member of the Southwick Congregational Church, and Ladies of the Nile.
Prior to her retirement, Barbara worked in customer service for Sears, H.B. Smith, and I.T.T. Hartford.
She is survived by her cousins, Ronald Hastie of Longmeadow, Joan (Miffert) McAuley of North Carolina, and Sandra (Miffert) Simeoli of Westfield.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday (Feb. 10th) from 1:00 – 2:00 PM in the Southwick Forastiere Family Funeral and Cremation, 624 College Highway (Highway 202/10) Southwick. A funeral home service will follow at 2:00 PM. Burial will be in New Cemetery, Southwick, in the Spring.
