SOUTHWICK – Carol E (Sullivan) Davidson 81, of Southwick passed away Monday February 4, 2019 in the comfort of her own home with her family by her side. She was born in Hartford, CT, the daughter of the late Charles and Josephine (Vincek) Sullivan. Married to Robert J Davidson for 60 years, she was most proud of her family. Always an advocate of doing the right thing, she helped many family and friends that walked through her door. Gardening and sharing generational perennials was a passion. Bochi and Pop enjoyed camping the East Coast and were able to realize a lifelong dream of visiting Yellowstone. She is predeceased by Robert who passed away in 2015. She leaves her four sons Robert J Davidson Jr and his girlfriend Rachel of Collinsville, CT, Raymond D Davidson and his wife Mary Beth of Westfield, her late son Roland Brent Davidson who passed in 2011 and his wife Theresa of Westfield, and Derrick Davidson and his wife Lisa of Southwick. She enjoyed sharing life’s lessons with her grandchildren: Kyle, Casey, Samantha, Mitchell and Meghan as well as her great granddaughters Riley and Kaylee. Calling hours will be held at the Southwick Forastiere Family Funeral Home, 624 College Highway, in Southwick on Sunday February 10th from 2:00PM to 6:00PM with a candlelight service. After the services, the family will receive friends at Tucker’s Restaurant, 625 College Highway in Southwick (across from the funeral home).
