Jonathan P. Hall, 34, of 8 Muns Fairy Road, Northfield, had charges of felony breaking and entering nighttime, larceny from building and vandalizing property dismissed due to the defendant being indicted in Hampden County Superior Court, brought by Westfield police.
John M. Hutchinson, Jr., 47, of 14 Stone Henge, North Granby, Conn., was released on $100 cash surety pending a December 11 hearing after being arraigned on charges of speeding in violation of special regulation, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and not possessing a license, brought by Southwick police.
Olivia Cappetta, 18, of 65 Park Lane, Concord, was released on her personal recognizance pending a December 11 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family/household member, brought by Westfield State University police.
Anthony Rego, 20, of 8 Colburn Circle, Hudson, was released on his personal recognizance pending a November 12 hearing after being arraigned on charges of a person under 21 possessing liquor, possessing a Class E drug and possessing a Class D drug, brought by Westfield State University police.
Anthony Figueroa, 30, of no known address, West Springfield, received a 15-month sentence to the House of Correction with credit for time served with a recommendation for sentence to be served at the Western Mass Correctional Alcohol Center after pleading guilty to felony breaking and entering daytime and larceny over $250, brought by Westfield police.
Anthony V. Stirlacci, 32, of 38 West Moreland Ave., Longmeadow, received a 6-month suspended sentence to the House of Correction with probation till September 29, 2016, after pleading guilty to miscellaneous statutory violation and assault and battery on a police officer, brought by Westfield police.
Michael R. Rossman, 39, of 9 Cleveland Ave., Apt. 1st, received a 6-month sentence to the House of Correction with recommendation to Western Mass Correctional Alcohol Center after pleading guilty to receiving stolen property under $250, brought by Westfield police.
Alan D. White, 48, of 919 Southampton Road, will continued to be held on charges of two counts of photographing an unsuspecting nude person, reckless endangerment of a child and two counts of disseminating photographs of an unsuspecting nude person, brought by Westfield police, pending a grand jury presentation on October 30.
Victor J. Guzman, 32, of 134 Union St., Apt. 39, was released on his personal recognizance pending a December 11 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery with serious bodily injury, brought by Westfield police.
Gabrielle Stellato, 27, of 57 Hill St., Apt. 1R, West Springfield, received six months probation after charges of shoplifting $100+ by asportation and trespass were continued without finding, brought by Westfield police.
Nicholas D. Vann, 25, of 47 Meadow Road, #6, Keene, New Hampshire, received 11 months probation and ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation after charges of possessing a firearm without FID card, disorderly conduct and threat to commit a crime were continued without finding and charges of carrying dangerous weapon, brought by State Police Russell, were dismissed.
