David F. Harrington, 30, of 5 Harvest Lane, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration brought by State Police and the charges were continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $200.
Lawrence Catania, 75, of 8 Fourth Ave., was placed on pretrial probation for six months after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.

Eric J. Voudren, 38, of 142 Pleasant St., Easthampton, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 11 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle without a license in his possession, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a miscellaneous motor vehicle violation brought by State Police.
Daniel T. St. Jean, 50, of 15 Lincoln St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 28 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (a subsequent offense) and a miscellaneous motor vehicle violation brought by State Police.
Raymond N. Buffum, 37, of 7 Free St., was held without right to bail pending a May 10 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice.
David A. Shapovalov, 19, of 18 Granaudo Circle, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of failure to stop for a police officer and being a motor vehicle operator who refuses to produce a driver’s license brought by Southwick police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding.
Aleksey Y. Rudenko, 25, of 22 Pleasant St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Mayra Vega, 25, of 101 Lowell St., Springfield, was found to be responsible for charges of operating a motor vehicle in violation of her license class and speeding in violation of special regulations and was assessed $200.
Angelo M. Gonzales Jr., 27, of 29 Russell Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 28 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of malicious destruction of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
