Nicholas A. Thurman, 33, of 120 Old Stage Road, Westfield, was held in lieu of $500 cash bail pending a May 11 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with license revoked as habitual traffic offender, shoplifting $100+ by asportation and receiving stolen property +$250, brought by Southwick Police.
Tamara A. Kvarnstrom, 22, of 1119 Huntington Road, Russell, was held in lieu of $50 cash bail pending an April 20 hearing after being arraigned on leaving scene of property damage and operator send/read electronic message, brought by Westfield Police.
Kevin J. Charizione, 34, of 27 Feeding Hills Road, Southwick, received a six month sentence to House of Corrections with credit for time served after pleading guilty to a charge of threat to commit crime. Charizione also received a 90-day sentence to run concurrent after pleading guilty to intimidating a witness/juror/police/court official. He also pleaded to charges of violating a harassment prevention order and distributing obscene matter which resulted in two years probation, and had a charge of threat a bomb/hijack dismissed nolle prosequi. All charges originally brought by Southwick Police.
