Angel M. Santiago, 32, of 65 Mechanic St., was held in lieu of $100 cash bail pending a June 14 hearing after being arraigned on charges of violating an abuse prevention order, brought by Westfield police.
Seth T. Jackman, 29, of 309 Main Road, Montgomery, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 27 hearing after being arraigned on charges of negligent operation of motor vehicle, brought by Westfield police.
Jose A. Perez, III, 25, of 52 Donamor Lane, East Longmeadow, was sentenced to a six-month suspended sentence to April 13, 2017 after pleading guilty to assault & battery on police officer and resisting arrest, was found responsible for not having an inspection sticker and speeding in violation of special regulation and had charges of unlicensed operation of motor vehicle, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Courtney R. LeBlanc, 24, of 91 Federal St., Springfield, received a six-month sentence to the House of Correction suspended to April 13, 2017 after pleading guilty to charges of larceny over $250 and had charges of conspiracy, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Robert E. Matthews, III, 24, of 17 Miller St., was released in lieu of $1,000 personal surety pending a June 2 hearing after being arraigned on charges of possession of Class A drug and conspiracy to violate drug law, brought by Westfield police.
Paul C. Roy, 43, of 33 Homer Ave., Chicopee, was placed on one year probation after pleading guilty to felony breaking & entering building daytime and larceny over $250, brought by Westfield police.
Amneris Lassend, 34, of 88 Leary Drive, Holyoke, was released on $2,500 cash bail pending a June 2 hearing after being arraigned on charges of distributing Class A drug and possession to distribute Class A drug, brought by Westfield police.
