Evan A. Haynes, 19, 4 Hummell Ln., Southwick, was released on $5,000 personal surety and with pretrial conditions pending a June 27 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of violating an abuse prevention order, brought by Southwick Police.
Christina L. Nava, 29, of 155 Main St., Westfield, had a charge of assault and battery on family/household member dismissed upon the request of the defendant and failure to prosecute, originally brought by Westfield Police.
