Raymond F. Teece, 24, of 40 Montgomery St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 10 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and possession of a Class B drug brought by Westfield police.
Peter Barton, 78, of 74 Knollwood Drive, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 13 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding in violation of special regulations and a marked lanes violation brought by State Police.
Roman Shilyuk, 24, of 22 Dickens Drive, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 12 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield State University police.
Paul Phillips, 35, of 411 Montgomery Road, was held in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $1,000,000 bond pending a May 9 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, receiving a stolen motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Robert Deyette III, 23, of 55 Katherine Street, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 11 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
