Richard J. Ruta, 53, of 83 Whitaker Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 13 hearing after being arraigned on charges of negligent operation of motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, brought by State Police Russell.
Taylor P. Demers, 22, of 27 Collins St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 13 hearing after being arraigned on charges of selling/delivering liquor to person under 21, brought by Westfield police.
Justin J. Newsome, 24, of 6 Williams St., Holyoke, was placed on one year probation after two counts of assault & battery were continued without finding, brought by Westfield police.
Corinne L. Canterbury, 35, of Morris Street, was released on $500 personal surety pending a June 13 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny over $250, brought by Westfield police.
Stephanie L. Simmons, 36, of 1004 Suffield St., Agawam, was placed on three months probation after charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended were continued without finding and was found not responsible for motor vehicle not meeting RMV safety standards and failing to notify RMV of name/address change, brought by State Police Russell.
Chanel Rowland, 26, of 15 Colony Road, West Springfield, was placed on three months probation after charges of operating motor vehicle with license suspended and uninsured motor vehicle were continued without finding and was was found not responsible for marked lanes violation, brought by Westfield police.
Timothy J. Nicholls-Blackshear, 18, of 243 Russell Road, was fined $100 after being found responsible for decriminalized charges of shoplifting by concealing merchandise, brought by Westfield police.
Michael J. Maslowski, 38, of 10 Laurel Ridge Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 27 hearing after being arraigned on charges of possession of Class A drug, brought by Westfield police.
Steven Rowell, 53, of 24 1/2 Bartlett St., was placed on six months probation after charges of larceny under $250 were continued without finding, brought by Westfield police.
