Alfred A. Cotti, 19, of 20 North St., Blandford saw charges operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and possession of a Class B drug brought by State Police dismissed the request of the defense when the commonwealth failed to prosecute the charges. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license in his possession and a number plate violation.
Joseph I. Theriault, 46, of 11F Monroe St., pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police and a charge of assault and battery was not prosecuted.
Georgio F. Tangredi, 17, of 8 Birch Bluff Road, Montgomery, was enjoined from making any threats or violence and ordered to submit to a mental health evaluation when he was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 28 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and assault and battery brought by State Police.
Brian R. Gunn, 35, of 342 Southwick Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100. He was found to be not responsible for a number plate violation.
Richard A. Lanoue, 32, of 868 Southampton Road, Westfield, saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by State Police dismissed by the court and he was found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker nor for a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation.

James H. Wood, 39, of 26 Reservoir Road, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge resisting arrest brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50 and a charge of assault and battery was dismissed when the victim asserted her marital privilege and refused to testify.
Erika Ames, 24, of 40 Guard Road, Worthington, was released on her personal recognizance pending a June 11 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Chase J. Quinn, 29, of 8 Conner Ave., was enjoined from making any threats or violence when he was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 21 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of vandalism brought by Westfield police.
Eric B. Vatier, 32, of 21 New Broadway, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 11 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor (a second offense), negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Matthew P. Wzorek, 24, of 46 Fred Jackson Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 26 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of a property damage accident brought by Westfield police.
Matthew McCloskey, 20, of 45 Independence St., Plymouth, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield State University police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 210 days. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted and he was found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation.
