Christian R. Lent, 38, of 656 West Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 29 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault & battery on police officer and resisting arrest, brought by Westfield police.
Jayson A. Tavernier, 32, of 28 Olive St., Springfield, was placed on six months probation after charges of leaving the scene of property damage were continued without finding, had charges of trespass dismissed and was found not responsible for marked lanes violation and speeding, brought by Westfield police.
Imani J. Gladden, 20, of 549 Russell Road, was placed on one-month pretrial probation and ordered to pay $224.82 in restitution on charges of receiving lost credit card, improper use of credit card under $250 and larceny under $250 by single scheme, brought by Westfield police.
Dakota Avery, 19, of 6 Sackett St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 8 hearing after being arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of motor vehicle, motor vehicle lights violation and speeding in violation of special regulation, brought by Southwick police.
Nikita Koshechko, 24, of 92 Great Plains Road, West Springfield, was placed on one year probation after pleading guilty to larceny over $250, amended to alleged larceny under $250, brought by Westfield police.
Jessie L. Carabetta, 20, of 183 Talmadge Drive, Springfield, had the following charges, brought by Westfield police, dismissed: operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation and not having inspection sticker.
Andrea Stacy, 21, of 16 Ridgecrest Circle, had charges of leaving the scene of property damage, brought by Westfield police, dismissed upon payment of $50.
