Kevin Krzykowski, 27, of 107 Westwood Road, Middletown, Conn., was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 3 hearing after being arraigned on charges of shoplifting by asportation, brought by Southwick police.
Matthew Marsters, 19, of 221 Liberty Bell Circle, Weymouth, was fined $150 after charges of disturbing the peace were decriminalized and had charges of attempt to commit crime, brought by Westfield State University police, dismissed.
Susan Norton, 56, of 81 S. Maple St., was placed on one-month pretrial probation on charges of utter false check and larceny over $250 by single scheme, brought by Westfield police.
Joel A. Perkins, 44, of 134 Union St., was placed on nine months probation after charges of assault & battery on family/household member were continued without finding, brought by Westfield police.
Derek A. Bagge, 39, of 95 Randall Drive, Suffield, Conn., had charges of leaving the scene of property damage and marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police, dismissed since he died last week.
Jacklyn Rudzik, 28, of 13 Pine St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a June 3 hearing after being arraigned on charges of shoplifting by asportation, brought by Westfield police.
Timothy J. Tracy, 53, of 18 Shore Road, Southwick, was sentenced to nine months to the house of correction after pleading guilty to assault & battery, brought by Southwick police.
