Donald P. Sicard, 30, of 114 Point Grove Road, Southwick, saw a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Southwick police not prosecuted.
Leanne B. Machamer, 45, of 50 Buckingham Drive, Southwick, saw charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Southwick police not prosecuted.
Keith A. Chrystal, 49, of 260 Elm St., pleaded guilty to two charges of possession of a firearm without a FID card and charges of discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling and possession of ammunition without a FID card brought by Westfield police and was ordered to remain alcohol free and be subject to random testing and to submit to a mental health evaluation. He was placed on probation for one year, fined $100 and assessed $90. Charges of carrying a firearm without a license and receiving stolen property were not prosecuted.
Dawn E. Lapointe, 31, of 73A Worthington Road, Huntington, saw charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by State Police not prosecuted.
Andrey Kaplyuk, 20, of 11 Dubois St., was released on $100 cash bail pending a June 25 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle without sufficient fuel brought by State Police.
Joseph Kupau, 81, of 429 South Stone St., West Suffield, Conn., was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 25 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Southwick police.
Gardiner A. Whitney, 61, of 19 Sunbriar Drive, saw four charges of possession of child pornography, three charges of lasciviously posing or exhibiting a child in the nude, three charges of photographing an unsuspecting nude person and a charge of indecent assault and battery on a child younger than 14 years-of-age brought by Westfield police dismissed after he was indicated and arraigned on the same charges in superior court. In a separate case brought against Whitney by State Police, six charges of possession of a firearm without a valid FID card and five charges of improper storage of a firearm were also dismissed after he was indicated and arraigned on those charges in superior court.
Ronald J. Buzzell, 19, of 92 Turnpike Road, Turners Falls, was found to have violated probation imposed in September, 2012, when he pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a Class B drug brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to a 90 day term in the house of correction, considered to have begun April 3, and to be served concurrently with a term imposed in another case.
Jose R. Torres, 51, of 223 Main St., West Springfield, was released on $500 cash bail pending a July 10 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and aggravated assault and battery with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police.
Raymond T. McMahon, 61, of 10 Herrick Road, Blandford, saw a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police dismissed upon payment of a $50 fee. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker.
Deborah A. Mitus, 52, of 44 Birch St., Ludlow, was released on her personal recognizance pending a July 11 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop or yield brought by Westfield police.
Dale N. Guerrette, 53, of 306 Woodland Way, Russell, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and was placed on probation for one year. He was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. He submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, was placed on probation for one year and ordered to pay court costs of $200. He was found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation and a charge of possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle was not prosecuted.
Matthew P. Wzorek, 24, of 46 Fred Jackson Road, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted and he was found to be not responsible for a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
