Joshua D. Rosberg, 28, 15 Shepard Road, Blandford, was found not guilty of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and was found not responsible for marked lanes violation and possession of open can of alcohol in motor vehicle, brought by State Police Russell.
Norisabeth Santos, 27, of 1572 Memorial Ave., West Springfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a June 28 hearing after being arraigned on charges of registration not in possession, speeding and operating motor vehicle with license suspended, brought by State Police Russell.
Marie Mello, 35, of 126 Union St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a July 8 hearing after being arraigned on charges of receiving stolen property under $250, brought by Westfield police.
