Mark H. Brumley, 43, of 160 Point Grove Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 19 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of attempting to commit a crime brought by Southwick police.
Kristen M. Halla, 23, of 108 Feeding Hills Road, was released on her personal recognizance pending a June 2 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and trespass brought by Westfield police.
Steven F. Maynard, 31, of 41 Pochassic St., was released on $500 personal surety pending a June 2 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and trespass brought by Westfield police
Edwin Cruz, 46, of 33 King St., was released on $5,000 personal pending a June 12 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 years of age or older and assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Westfield police
Kevin J. Dean, 42, of 69 Court St., saw charges of assault and battery and threatening to commit a crime brought by Westfield police not prosecuted after the Commonwealth was unable to establish good contact with the named victim.
Christopher D. Reed, 47, of 300 Dickinson Hill Road, Russell, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 2 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police
Oleg A. Igumnov, 36, of 16 Sheldon Ave., pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and was sentenced to a 60 day term in the house of correction. He was fined $1,250, assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a charge of possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
Taylor Del Duco, 18, of 23 Greenwood St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a June 12 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident brought by Westfield police.
