Ricky Rios, 24, of 72A Washington St., Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker.
Jennifer McBurney, 36, of 12 Julius Hall Road, Blandford, saw charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration brought by Blandford police not prosecuted due to insufficient evidence.
Jessenia Montes, 32, of 75 Willard Ave., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a motor vehicle light violation.
Daniel J. Seibert, 37, of 9 Maple St., Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 27 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, and a marked lanes violation brought by Southwick police.
Ernie Garcia, 33, of 3 Lawn St. , submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50 and found to be responsible for a charge of speeding for which he was assessed an additional $200.

Sean E. Parent, 37, of 6 Lozier Ave, saw charge do assault and battery and larceny of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police not prosecuted due to insufficient evidence.
Jeffrey Singleton, 17, of 12 Bates St., was placed on pretrial probation for one year after he was arraigned on charges of vandalizing property and disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police.
Andrea Palmborg, 22, of 380 Madison St., Wrentham, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and her license was suspended for 45 days. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted and she was found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation.
Dmitriy Novik, 34, of 70 Orange St., pleaded guilty to a charge of operating under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to a 127 day term in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for two years. He was ordered to complete a 14 day in-patient treatment program and fined $750. He was assessed $550 and a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted. He was found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation.
Keith A. Raymond , 41, of 64 Scenic Road, was placed on pretrial probation for one year after he was arraigned on two charges of violation of an abuse prevention order, brought as separate cases by Westfield police. He was assessed total of $100.
