Raymond A. Talbot, 36, of 15 Mill St., Monson, was held in lieu of $500 cash bail pending a May 27 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of an abuse protection order brought by Westfield police.
Steven Norden, 58, of 106 Reservoir Road, Barkhamsted, Connecticut, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 2 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Michael V. Frateroli, 44, of 126 Union St., was released on his personal recognizance pending June 30 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Westfield police
Sheen Benoit, 25, of 47 Taylor Ave., saw two charges of malicious damage to a motor vehicle, brought as separate cases by Westfield police, dismissed without prejudice when witnesses failed to appear in court.
