James J. Witbeck, 29, of 69 State St., Northampton, had charges of operating a motor vehicle with registration suspended dismissed upon payment of $50, had charges of uninsured motor vehicle dismissed and was found not responsible for not having inspection sticker, brought by Westfield police.
Jeffrey Filamonte, 27, of 142 S. West St., Feeding Hills, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 9 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with registration suspended, uninsured motor vehicle, possession of Class A drug and possession of Class E drug, brought by State Police Russell.
Christopher J. Boutin, 27, of 36 Gordon St., Springfield, was sentenced to 127 days in the House of Correction suspended with probation till April 5, 2017 after pleading guilty at arraignment to charges of larceny under $250 and was given a concurrent sentence of 127 days in the House of Correction suspended with probation till April 5, 2017 after pleading guilty to separate charges of larceny over $250 and felony breaking & entering daytime, brought by Westfield police.
Chelsea Obrien, 25, of 700 Russell Road, had charges of improper operation of motor vehicle and operating motor vehicle with license suspended, brought by Southwick police, dismissed at arraignment.
Frederick D. Gebo, 69, of 51 Klondike Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 9 hearing after being arraigned on charges of malicious damage to motor vehicle, brought by Westfield police.
