David F. Harrington, 34, 5 Harvest Lane, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 7 hearing after being arraigned on charges of two counts leaving the scene of property damage, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation and operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended, brought by Westfield Police.
Gino A. Grillo, 24, of 376 Salmon Brook St., Granby, Connecticut, was released on his personal recognizance and with pretrial conditions pending a May 19 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery on family/household member, intimidating witness/juror/police/court official and vandalizing property, brought by Southwick Police.
Joshua J. Guzman, 23, of 112 Gresham St., Springfield, received a 60-day sentence to House of Corrections suspended with probation for six months, after pleading guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended, amended to subsequent offense. Guzman also pleaded guilty to a charge of failure to stop for police for which he received six months probation. Charges originally brought by Westfield Police.
