Eric G. Cammisa, 50, of 142C Berkshire Ave., Southwick, was released on personal recognizance pending an Oct. 24 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and no inspection sticker, brought by Southwick Police.
