Shawn C. Miller, 31, of 1429 Main St., Marshfield, received a sentence of probation for one year and fines after pleading guilty to negligent operation of motor vehicle, and a charge of operating under influence of liquor was dismissed nolle prosequi, brought by Westfield Police.
Jennifer N. Torrell, 42, of 1233 Calkins St., Palmer, was found not guilty of charges of operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of motor vehicle by jury trial, charges originally brought by Southwick Police.
