Joseph Bassett, 33, of 19 Avery St., Westfield, was released on $50 cash bail pending a Nov. 10 hearing after being arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of motor vehicle, possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle and speeding in violation of special regulation, brought by Westfield Police.
Richard J. O’Connell, 30, of 1026 Suffield St., Agawam, was held without right to bail pending an Aug. 28 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery, brought by Southwick Police.
Sarah M. Howland, 29, of 36 Kelso Ave., West Springfield, had a charge of possession of class B drug admission to sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until Feb. 23, 2018 and fines, brought by Westfield Police.
