Raymond S. Flagg, 18, of 366 Falley Dr., Westfield, was released on personal recognizance pending a Nov. 3 hearing after being arraigned on charges of a lights violation in vehicle and person under 21 possessing alcohol, brought by Westfield Police.
Zachariah D. Irwin, 25, of 3 Stuart Cir., Westfield, was released in lieu of $100 bail pending a Nov. 7 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding, brought by Westfield Police.
Nicholaas C. Van Gelder, 22, of 1036 Main Road, Granville, was released on personal recognizance pending a Nov. 3 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, failing to stop for police, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, and lights violation on a vehicle, brought by Westfield Police.
Edwin B. Garcia, 37, of 45 Pleasant St., Holyoke, was released on personal recognizance pending a Nov. 3 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle, brought by Westfield Police.
William A. Sampsel, 50, of Westfield, received a one-year sentence to House of Correction after pleading guilty to malicious destruction of property over $250 and two charges of subsequent offense of possession of class B drug, brought by Westfield Police.
