Ryan P. Breen, 19, of 10 Claren Drive, Holyoke, was placed on pretrial probation for six months after he was arraigned on a charge of possession of a Class E drug brought by Westfield State University police.
Brian Maraglia, 28, of 95 Maple St., Ware, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. Charges of breaking into a depository, larceny from a building and conspiracy were not prosecuted.
Keara L. Fiorentino, 22, of 101 Jeffrey St., Springfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Sept. 13 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and disturbing the peace brought by Westfield police.
Sergio M. Cozzaglio, 19, of 6 St. Paul St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 13 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of assault and battery brought as separate cases by Westfield police.
Jhoany Mulero, 20, of 45 King St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a Sept. 13 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Richard N. Bruneau, 55, of 549 Russell Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted.
Jeffrey F. Zielenski, 49, of 110 Strong St., Easthampton, was released on $2,000 personal surety after he was arraigned on charges of operating the wrong way on the Massachusetts turnpike, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor (a subsequent offense), negligent operation of a motor vehicle on the Massachusetts turnpike, leaving the scene of a personal injury accident, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault with a dangerous weapon brought by State Police.
Christina M. Allen, 32, of 625 Montgomery Road, was released on her personal recognizance pending an Oct. 2 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued less than $250 by check brought by Southwick police. In a separate case brought by Westfield police, Allen was again released on her personal recognizance pending an Oct. 2 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of larceny of property valued less than $250 and uttering a false check.
Frank Muscaro, 57, of 60 Hampden St., saw a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield State University police not prosecuted.
Tiffany Kozak, 37, of 8 Curtis St., Southwick, saw a charge operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Southwick police not prosecuted.
