Jaime Rodriguez, 44, of 16 Yale St., Westfield, received a two and a half year sentence to the House of Corrections, with a year of the sentence suspended with probation until Feb. 1, 2019, after pleading guilty to a charge of assault and battery on a household member, brought by Westfield Police.
Christopher J. Affenito, 43, of 62 Jefferson St., Westfield, was released on personal recognizance pending a Sept. 30 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended, brought by Westfield Police.
Daniel Lugo, 33, of 51 Pequot Point Road, Westfield, was released on $500 cash bail pending an Aug. 30 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended, subsequent offense, number plate violation to conceal ID, uninsured motor vehicle and an unregistered motor vehicle, brought by Westfield Police.
Joseph A. Saez, 24, of 401 Liberty St., Springfield, was released on personal recognizance pending a Sept. 30 hearing after being arraigned on larceny over $250, brought by Westfield Police.
Rachel L. Keating, 29, of 8 Bush St., Westfield, was held in lieu of $500 cash bail pending an Aug. 10 hearing after being arraigned on two charges of larceny over $250, brought by Westfield Police.
