Jeremy Morley, 33, of 73 Squawfield Road, was placed on pretrial probation for larceny over $250, dismissed upon paying $1,000 in restitution, brought by Westfield police.
Matthew P. Siska, 33, of 129 Prospect St. Ext., was placed on pretrial probation for larceny over $250, dismissed upon paying $1,000 in restitution, brought by Westfield police.
Leah C. Ortiz, 20, of 89 Randolph St., Springfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a September 30 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding, brought by Westfield police.
James Vassallo, 35, of 180 Russell Road, was released on his personal recognizance and ordered to stay away from the victim pending an October 26 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family/household member and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, brought by Westfield police.
Angel L. Vazquez-Rivera, 32, of 51 Bowers St., Apt. 4L, Holyoke, was released on his personal recognizance pending a September 25 hearing after being arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and not having an inspection sticker, brought by Westfield police.
Michael R. Rossman, 39, of 9 Cleveland Ave., received one year probation, ordered to pay $65 per month while on probation and ordered to stay away from the victim after pleading guilty to larceny over $250 and charges of trespass were continued without finding; he received concurrent one year probation after pleading guilty to separate charges of felony breaking and entering a vehicle/boat daytime and larceny over $250 and charges of possessing a Class A drug were continued without finding; he received concurrent probation after pleading guilty to separate charges of receiving stolen property under $250, all charges brought by Westfield police.
