Daniel R. Garrison, 42, of 34 Meadow St., Apt. 49, had charges of assault and battery on a family/household member dismissed after victim asserted fifth amendment rights, brought by Westfield police.
Xiomi Fernandez, 24, of 308 Berkshire Ave., Springfield, received 30 days probation, to be dismissed upon payment of $50, after charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license were continued without finding, brought by Westfield police.
Taiwan Lee, 43, of 251 Osborn St. Apt. 6D, Brooklyn, New York, was released on $500 cash bail pending an October 30 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, brought by Westfield police.
Erik Fox, 51, of 1 Allen Road Exit, Billerica, received one year probation, ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation, fined $707 and received 45-day loss of license after charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor were continued without finding and was found not responsible of possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, brought by Southwick police.
