, 28, of 353 South Lane, Granville, received a 60-day sentence to the House of Correction suspended with probation till December 18 after pleading guilty to operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, amended to subsequent offense, brought by Southwick police.
Dentron Boone, 35, of 15 Olmsted Drive, Springfield, was released on $100 cash bail pending a September 25 hearing after being arraigned on charges of signal/sign/markings violation on a state highway, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs and possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, brought by Westfield police.
Daniel J. Viel, 24, of 163 Berkshire Ave., Southwick, received nine months probation after charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle were continued without finding and had charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, brought by Southwick police, dismissed.
William J. Spradlin, 54, of 10 Avery St., 1 Left, had charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration continued without finding, to be dismissed upon payment of $350, and had charges of uninsured motor vehicle, not having an inspection sticker and number plate violation to conceal identity, brought by Southwick police, dismissed.
David A. Coon, 55, of 404 Granville Road, was released on $2,000 personal surety pending an August 31 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended for operating under the influence, brought by Russell State Police.
Angel Morales, 29, of no known address, received nine months probation, ordered to pay $65 per month while on probation and order to random drug/alcohol testing, after charges of larceny over $250 were continued without finding, brought by Westfield police.
Yelena Timoshenko, 29, of 177 Meadow St., Apt. 2FL, received an 11-month sentence to the House of Correction, with credit for time served from July 16, after pleading guilty to charges of possessing heroin, brought by Westfield police.
