Christopher J. Mulvey, 44, of 103 Foch Ave., was found to be responsible for a charge of trespass brought by Westfield police and was assessed $50.
Ramon Gonzalez, 32, of 15 Leonard Ave., was placed on pretrial probation for six months and ordered to pay restitution of $400 after he was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police. In a separate case also brought by Westfield police, Gonzalez saw a charge of assault and battery dismissed when the alleged victim asserted his Fifth Amendment rights and refused to testify.
Matthew D. Blanchard, 26, of 30 High St., was placed on pretrial probation for six months after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Agawam police.
Seamus Lachapelle, 19, of 42R Chapel St., saw two charges of threatening to commit a crime brought by a Westfield resident dismissed when the alleged victim asserted his Fifth Amendment rights and refused to testify.
Kuyler Davidson, 18, of 17 Maplecrest Circle, Holyoke, saw a charge of larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by a Westfield resident dismissed when the alleged victim asserted his Fifth Amendment rights and refused to testify.
Andrew Santiago, 19, of 15 Leonard Ave., saw charges of breaking and entering a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police dismissed when the alleged victim asserted his Fifth Amendment rights and refused to testify.
Andrew B. Coach, 24, of 23 Tannery Road, was placed on pretrial probation for one year and ordered to pay restitution of $500 after he was arraigned on a charge of property valued more than $250 brought by Agawam police.
