Ryan Smith, 39, of 69 West Silver St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a September 30 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and uninsured motor vehicle, brought by Westfield State Police.
Benjamin T. Breault, 23, of 4 Huntington Road, Blandford, was found not responsible for speeding, motor vehicle not meeting RMV safety standards, not having an inspection sticker and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, brought by Russell State Police.
