Jeffrey J. Sprague, 54, of 42 Arnold St., Apt. A6, was released on $1,000 personal surety pending an October 29 hearing after being arraigned on charges of indecent exposure and three counts of open and gross lewdness, brought by Westfield police.
Alvin Suliveres, 52, of 6 Summer St., was released on $2,500 personal surety pending an October 2 hearing after being arraigned on charges of violating an abuse prevention order, brought by Westfield police.
Allen T. Collins, 28, of 165 Lake View Drive, Apt. 10, West Suffield, Connecticut, received six months probation, ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation and ordered to pay $329 in restitution after charges of wanton destruction of property under $250 and malicious destruction of property over $250, amended to under $250, were continued without finding, brought by Southwick police.
James Brooks, 67, of 86 Broad St., received one year probation with probation fee waived and ordered to stay away from the victim after charges of assault with a dangerous weapon were continued without finding, brought by Westfield police.
David Gelina, 49, of P.O. Box 2028, received three months probation and fined $80 after pleading guilty at arraignment to charges of trespass, brought by Westfield police.
Matthew Long, 41, of 20 Thomas Drive, West Springfield, received one year probation, ordered to pay $65 per month while on probation, fined $600, received a 45-day loss of license and ordered to complete drug/alcohol education program after charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor were continued without finding, was found responsible for signal/sign/markings violation on a state highway, found not responsible for possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and had charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Michael F. Wynn, 31, of 10 Oak St., had charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed and received one year probation, ordered to pay $65 per month while on probation, fined $707, received a 45-day loss of license and ordered to complete drug/alcohol education program after charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor were dismissed without finding, brought by Westfield police.
Amy L. Ober, 47, of 404 Southwick Road, Apt. 7, was released on his personal recognizance pending an October 29 hearing after being arraigned on charges of trespass, brought by Westfield police.
Zane R. Venne, 61, of 27 Orange St., Apt. 2fl, was released on his personal recognizance pending an October 14 hearing after being arraigned on charges of violating an abuse prevention order, brought by Westfield police.
Hector Sanchez, 26, of 310 Chapin St., Ludlow, was released in lieu of $200 bail pending a September 30 hearing after being arraigned on chages of not having an inspection sticker, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense, and possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, brought by Westfield police.
