Melissa A .Melloni, 29, of 33 Elm St., saw a charge of distribution of a Class E drug brought by Westfield police dismissed without prejudice because the evidence against her has been tainted because questions have arisen about the chemist who examined it.
Carlos E. Iglesias, 49, of 146A Berkshire Ave., Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Southwick police and the charges were continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $200.

Joseph M. Bodzioch, 18, of 30 Robinson Road, West Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 17 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding in violation of special regulations brought by Westfield police.
Matthew J. Ford, 23, of 246 Woodhill Road, Monson, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 30 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and speeding brought by Southwick police.
Benjamin J. White, 24, of 50 First St., Chicopee, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of possession of a Class B drug brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50.
Steven Healey, 21, of 15 Livingstone Ave., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of failure to stop for police and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by State Police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $300 and found to be not responsible for charges of failure to stop or yield, failure to signal and speeding.
Peter E. Noga, 20, of 18 Laurel Road, Huntington, was found to be responsible for a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation and was assessed $35. He was found to be not responsible for charges of failure to dim headlights and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
Philip McCarthy, 22, of 89 West Ave., Ludlow, was held in lieu of $10,000 cash bail after he was arraigned as a fugitive from justice without a warrant after being arrested by State Police.
Gilberto Reyes-Calderon, 32, of 134 Union St., was found to be responsible for charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to signal and a marked lanes violation brought by State Police and was assessed $200.
