Cheryl Shaw, 56, of 868 Southampton Road, was released on her personal recognizance pending an Oct. 30 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting merchandise valued more than $100 by asportation brought by Westfield police.

James S. Guillmette, 31, of 128 Elm St., was held in lieu of $500 cash bail pending a Sept. 12 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of uttering a false check and charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme, larceny of property valued less than $250 and breaking and entering a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony brought by Westfield police. In a separate case also brought by Westfield police, Guillmette, at an address of 419 Southwick Road, was again held in lieu of $500 cash bail pending a Sept. 12 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny from a building.
Ann T. Haseltine, 52, of 33 College Highway, Southwick, was released on her personal recognizance pending an Oct. 30 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Westfield State University police.
Juan E. Santiago, 23, of 10 Franklin Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 5 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of vandalizing property brought by Westfield police.
Forrest John Devine, 27, of 20 Hartland Hollow Road, Granville, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 29 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration brought by Westfield police.
