Luis McCain-Santiago, 23, of 46 Savoy St., Springfield, 23, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of a property damage accident brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one month. He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a charge of failure to wear a seat belt.
Douglas J. Pirolo, 42, of 76 Maple Terrace, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and a number plate violation to conceal identification brought by Agawam police and the charges were continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100. He was found to be not responsible for charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker.
Quinn L. Wright, 32, of 120 Breckwood Circle, Springfield, saw a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle and a number plate violation to conceal identification brought by Southwick police not prosecuted.
David A. Laguer, 22, of 297 Elm Street, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 24 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and vandalizing property brought by Westfield police. A charge of assault with a dangerous weapon was not prosecuted.
Aleksandr Tereshchuk,22, of 210 Pine Hill Road, Russell, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 19 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order.
Michael N. Leonard, 40, of 26 Hampden St., was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the alleged victim and was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 24 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery.

Lawrence Ryan, 43, of 480 Southampton Road, was released on $1,000 personal surety pending a Nov. 6 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Marcus A. Kane, 27, of 42 Woodbridge St., Chicopee, was found to be responsible for charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by Westfield police and was assessed $150.
Andriy Dulyepov, 20, of 24 Highland Avenue, Agawam, saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police dismissed upon payment of a $100 court fee. He was found to be not responsible for a number plate violation.
Jose Vazquez, 19, of 126 Union St., saw a charge of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor brought by Westfield police dismissed upon payment of a $50 court fee.
Christian M. Burton-Hill, 27, of 40 Rittenhouse Terrace, Springfield, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $200. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker.
Daniel T. St. Jean, 50, of 15 Lincoln St., was found to be responsible for two charges of disturbing the peace brought by Westfield police and was assessed $100.
Valeriy V. Savich, 22, of 27 Searle Road, Huntington, saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police dismissed upon payment of a $100 court fee. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of failure to stop or yield.
Nicole R. Shaulis, 26, of 43 Decatur St., Indian Orchard, saw a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Joel Hernandez, 17, of 15 Fowler Street, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 23 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of disturbing the peace, being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor and selling or delivering liquor to a person younger than the legal drinking age brought by Westfield police.
