John H. Tersavich, 26, of 33 Norman Terrace, Agawam, was held in lieu of $500 cash bail pending a Jan. 29 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of receiving stolen property valued less than $250 brought by Southwick police.
Kimberly L. Nylund, 26, of 17 Kenneth, Hartford, Connecticut, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 28 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police.
Keith D. Ashwell, 57, of 33 McKnight St., Springfield, was held in lieu of $2,000 cash bail pending a Dec. 22 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by State Police.
Joshua R. Dellert, 25, of 130 Pine St., Holyoke, pleaded guilty to charges of shoplifting merchandise valued more than $100 and possession of a burglarious tool brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to a one year term in the house of correction with six months to be served directly with the balance suspended and probation until Dec. 1, 2015. In a second case also brought by Westfield police, Dellert saw a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 was dismissed upon payment of $550 in restitution.
Joseph T. Nava, 19, of 155 Main St., was enjoined from abuse of the named victim when he was released on his personal recognizance pending Jan. 28 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police.
Eric A. Berrios, 20, of 79 Berkshire Drive, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending Jan. 12 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police.
Robert A. Berube, 49, of 373 Shelburne Line Road, Colrain, saw five charges of larceny of property valued more than $250, five charges of possession of a burglarious tool and a charge a malicious destruction of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police dismissed after he was indicted and arraigned for the same offenses in superior court.
Gabrielle Arruda, 20, of 17 Broadleaf Circle, West Suffield, Connecticut, saw a charge of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor brought by Southwick police dismissed upon payment of court costs of $50.
Ryan Fullam, 19, of 48 Auriga St., Dorchester, saw a charge of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor brought by Westfield State University police dismissed upon payment of court costs of $50.
