Lisa M. Bish, 46, of 69 Court St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a Feb. 11 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of resisting arrest and assault and battery on a police officer brought by Westfield police.
Philip J. Johnson, 23, of 20 Evergreen Drive, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $300, found to be responsible for marked lanes violation and assessed $100 and found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding.
Jacob A. Lisheness, 31, of 9 Feeding Hills Road, Southwick, saw charges of assault and battery and disorderly conduct brought by Southwick police not prosecuted when the named victim asserted his Fifth Amendment rights and refused to testify.
Melissa Shean, 43, of 15 Droy Circle, Easthampton, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of assault and battery and intimidating a witness brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months. She was assessed $90.
Natasha S. Wilson, 22, of 1159 Westfield St., West Springfield, was placed on pre-trial probation pending dismissal of a charge of larceny of property valued less than $250 upon payment of $20 in restitution.
Omar O. Cormier, 76, of 33 Old England Path Road, Russell, was found guilty in a jury trial of two charges of indecent assault and battery on a person younger than 14 years-of-age and was sentenced to two concurrent one year terms in the house of correction with six months to be served directly, with credit for time served, and the balance suspended with probation until Dec. 16, 2016.
